The Van der Leun anti-heeling system automatically corrects heel-over of your ship. A sensor detects the heeling angle of the ship and corrects this by automatically controlling ballast tank levels. A terminal shows the current heeling angle and the status of the ballast tanks at a glance. If a critical angle is reached, the system switches itself off in a controlled manner. This stand-alone system is based on standard protocols such as Profibus and Ethernet, so that communication with existing systems can be easily achieved.
